At Her Narrative, we are committed to providing high-quality products and services that inspire and empower your writing journey. Please review our return policy below:

Physical Products (Merchandise)

If your merchandise arrives damaged, please contact us at hello [at] hernarrative [dot] com within 14 days of the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange. We will require proof of purchase and clear photos of the damaged item(s). Once approved, you may choose to receive a replacement or a refund. Her Narrative will cover return shipping costs for damaged items only.

Please note: Merchandise cannot be returned for reasons such as buyer’s remorse or incorrect sizing, so please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Services and Digital Products

Due to the personalized nature of our services (including coaching, email book coaching, editing, and consulting) and the instant access to digital products, all sales are final.

Workbooks

All workbook purchases are final and non-refundable, as they are considered digital or consumable products.

By purchasing from Her Narrative, you agree to the terms of this return policy.

Memberships

Memberships can be cancelled at any time, but refunds are not offered. When cancelling your membership, you will have access to gated content for the remainder of the billing cycle. At the end of the billing cycle, your account fully expires.

Log in to your account to manage your subscription using the following steps:

  1. Click Account, then click Digital products or Subscriptions.

  2. Click the digital product you want to cancel.

  3. If you have remaining payments, click Go manage subscription. Otherwise, move to the next step.

  4. Click Cancel subscription, then click Cancel subscription again to confirm.
